What does it cost?
A single automation, one process between two or three tools, starts at €850. A package with several workflows starts at €2,400, and maintenance and support at €295 per month. You always get a fixed price first.
Does it work alongside our ATS?
Yes, there is nothing to switch to. Your team keeps working in its own ATS. Recruitee has its own app in Make and Zapier. Carerix, OTYS and Mysolution I connect through their API. No ATS? A shared Google Sheet or Excel file works too.
Does it run in my own account?
Yes. I build in your own Make or Zapier account, so it belongs to you and there is no lock-in. You get a short manual at handover. After that you can revoke my access.
What about the GDPR?
Applications are personal data, so I only pass on the fields that are really needed. Make and Zapier both offer a data processing agreement, and with Make you can choose a European data centre. Want applications deleted after a fixed period? I can automate that too.
