Which tools do you work with?
Make and Zapier where they fit, my own code where they don't. Gmail, Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Teamleader, Moneybird, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Trello and monday.com. Plus the ATSs Recruitee, Carerix, OTYS and Mysolution. Your tool not listed? Just ask.
Is that safe with my customer data?
Everything runs in your own accounts, with your connections. You decide who has access, and after the handover you can simply revoke mine. Make and Zapier both offer a data processing agreement for the GDPR.
What if something breaks?
You and I both get an alert. On a maintenance plan I fix it within one working day. Without one, it's €90 per hour.
Who owns it if we stop?
You do. Everything runs in your own account (€10 to €30 a month), custom code included. No lock-in.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Calls, building and walkthroughs all work fine online, and I reply within 1 working day. And you always talk to me.
What would you hand over first?
Describe the task. Within 3 working days you get a 5-minute video: how I'd automate it, with which tool, and roughly what it costs. Free, and no sales pitch.
