Does everything run in my own Zapier account?
Yes. I build in your account, with your connections. After the handover it is all yours, even if we stop working together.
What does Zapier itself cost per month?
Zapier has a free plan and paid plans that grow with the number of tasks per month. I work out up front what you need, and tell you honestly when Make would be cheaper for your process.
My Zaps have become a mess. Can you tidy them up?
Yes. I map out which Zaps are running, what they do and where they get in each other's way. Then I clean up, merge the duplicates and write down how it all works.
What if Zapier cannot do something?
Then I write a bit of custom code, for example with a webhook or a short code step. That way you never get stuck on the limits of the tool.
