Automation

Done copy-pasting between your systems?

I hook up your forms, inbox, spreadsheets and CRM. With Make, Zapier or my own code. Easily saves you a few hours a week.

Sound familiar?

This is where your time leaks away

One hour a week is 52 hours a year. That adds up.

  • Typing everything three times

Form to email to Excel. Every step is a chance for a typo.

  • Leads left waiting

In on Friday afternoon, called back on Monday. Too late.

  • Tools that don't talk

WhatsApp, Excel, email, the schedule. And you're the glue.

  • Follow-up from memory

The reminder goes out when you remember. On a busy day, you don't.

Questions

Still wondering?

Which tools do you work with?

Make and Zapier where they fit, my own code where they don't. Gmail, Outlook, Excel, Sheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Teamleader, Moneybird, Slack, WhatsApp Business and plenty more. Your tool not listed? Just ask.

Why you?

I used to be a work planner in residential renovations and built automations there that the whole team used, like a way for the onsite supervisor to share problems directly booked into the right places with the office. So I know the work from the inside. And because I code, Make or Zapier hitting a wall isn't the end of the road.

What if something breaks?

You and I both get an alert. On a maintenance plan I fix it within one working day. Without one, it's €60 per hour.

Who owns it if we stop?

You do. Everything runs in your own account (€10 to €30 a month), custom code included. No lock-in.

Do you work remotely?

Yes, from my camper somewhere in Europe. Calls, building and walkthroughs all work fine online. And you always talk to me.
